Changing perception

We worked with GE Healthcare Service team to develop a strategy that would change the
way their customers perceive them – from being a break-fix service provider to a
productivity partner.
We had the unique opportunity to interview GE’s customers, understand how they felt about
services offered by GE and how they perceived the term productivity. This laid the cornerstone
for arriving at a robust strategy.
The strategy was centered on GE Healthcare Service’s five service solutions that help deliver
higher productivity, making it a ‘TRU productivity partner.’ The strategy and creative roll-out
involves three phases:
Phase one: Creating awareness around the term productivity partner.
Phase two: Introduction of the five service solutions that makes GE Healthcare Service a TRU
productivity partner.
Phase three: Services offered under individual service solutions that help minimizing
unplanned downtime and delivering higher productivity.
